Return and Cancelation

No Return / No Exchange Policy

1. No Returns or Exchanges

All products sold are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order is confirmed.

2. Custom-Made Products

All doors are made-to-order and customized, therefore cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

3. Order Confirmation Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying design, size, color, and specifications before placing the order. No changes can be made once production has started.

4. Damage During Transit

Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery. Any visible damage must be reported immediately (within 24 hours) with photo/video proof. Failure to report within this timeframe will result in no claims being accepted.

5. Installation Clause

Once the door is installed, cut, polished, or modified, no claims will be entertained.

6. Natural Variations

Slight differences in color, texture, grain, or finish are natural and not considered defects.

7. Third-Party Handling

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, storage, or installation by carpenters or third parties.

8. Exceptional Cases

In rare cases of major manufacturing defects, the company may choose to provide a repair or replacement at its sole discretion.
